If an outfit needs people to work overtime and the employees don't want to work it then the company has every right to get new employees that can work the OT. If an employee does not show up on a friday the employer has every right to not offer the weekend OT to that employee.1 1/2 x for over forty in one week is federal law. You get double time on Sunday I will guess that is from collective bargaining or you work for a nice outfit- that is not a law. Refusal to work the OT is grounds for dismissal without much you can do about it. Lunch breaks are state labor laws. On a sidenote just be glad your working. Take them for all the OT they have.
