Not exactly smart to come on a forum of farmers to complain about having to work 8 hours a day, 6 days a week with the occasional Sunday shift... A lot of these guys spent many years doing 14-hour days, 7 days a week, Sundays, holidays, sick, tired... and some still do!
At least you get 16 hours a day to sleep and do what you want to do, and a day off most weeks... PLUS you get 1.5 pay for Saturdays and double pay for Sundays! Quit complaining.
