i need some input i am looking at a case model d tractor its straight and all there,the tires are all up but not the best,you can move it around but its going to need some rubber,the tractor starts up nice has about 25 pounds oil presure,motor starts to warm up and she starts blowing smoke kind of bad,and oil drops ro around 10,to 15 at idle,,,,it needs the normal restore things clutch handle bushed,steering shaft bushing ect ect it does have lights ,2 fronts are nice rear work light is ruff ,the price is 600.00 the way she sits,and 800 if i want a head with newer valves he has for it,,,what do you guys think of the price he says he had the valve cover off and the valve guides are vary worn could this be the cause of the smoke or likely will it need rings ect ,i was told you can do a lot with the case tractors with the motor in tractor ,are parts easy to get for the case tractors ,,,should i buy or walk ,,,,i like the looks and the size of it ,but after the work i maby could buy a better one up front,they are not making more and the sure dont get cheaper
