I know what you are talking about. For some reason this summer all the rain has gone around us. Today, lightning and thunder, shower for about fifteen minutes, and moved on off to the south and east. We have had only two measurable showers in our area in the past six or eight weeks. ( I have lost count.) Fortunately, the humidity level has been quite high, and my lawn has not dried up even though I have only had to mow every two weeks for the past month and a half. My neighbor has pasture acreage leased in two or three locations in the area, he has about a hundred gallon tank on the back of his pick up as he has to haul water to some of them every day.
