A while back I ordered an idler wheel for my AC El Tigre from the JD dealer that also deals in Arctic Cat. I went on the dealer's website, got the part number of the part I needed, called in and ordered it. I called a few days later and asked if my part was in. I was told that "we accidentally ordered the wrong part, the correct one should be in in a few days." I gave them the part number, how can they get it wrong? I find it annoying how apathetic people are today.
