I would put some ATF in the vent hole. Fill it up if you can then leave it sit a day or 2. If you can get it off the loader that would be even better. Then after a day or 2 hook it up to the hyd system off the loader no load on it and slowly apply hyd pressure to it. Be sure you point that vent away from you and stuff you do not want to get covered in ATF and you may find it pops free. The hyd system can/work push a lot harder then you can with any com-a-long
