We will never seriously deal with this without serious civil unrest. I think we are going the way of the Roman Empire, Bourbon France, or Czarist Russia which is to say we will not recognize our governing body here in another 50 years. I am worried that owning (private) property will not be a right given to a citizen by then. I am already thinking the people running in the local election here this fall are going to create headaches for decades to come never mind state or federal.
