We have that one hanging somewhere in the shop. But it never seems to stop those emergencies which are brought about by lack of planning.
Because I give good customer service, I expect it wherever I go. There are some places where you can tell they don't really care about customer service and there are others I don't mind waiting for if they are busy because I KNOW they are just busy and not ignoring me. Just gotta sort out which ones are the good ones and shop there.
