I don't have the figures here to figure the difference in circumfrence but the difference in diameter is easy, just take 32 and subtract 28 and that is 4" and that is a very signifiant difference, that would be the same height as a 13 X 28 and the 11X28 that is actually now a 12.4x28 is a common size here in the states. There never was a tractor made that used a 11x32 tire that I ever heard of. The orignal Ford 9N used a 8 or 9x32 and the John Deere H also used that size but that is all I ever heard of and the current sizing on the 10x32 is 11.4x32 and very hard to get. The circumfrence off top of my head I think would be equivilent to an aditional distance the size of your front tire added on to the rear tire you already have. And that it would increase the speed by about a third. And it would also do that on your mower or baler that you want the slow speed for.
