according to what i can figure on the parts sites they were all fi except the 351 for 87.( suposedly) my old 83 had the 300 six in it with a carb and i dont know how many times i tightened that thing up.on that carb if it ever spat backwards one time you would be changing the accelerator pump or it would flood like crazy.good old tough truck though,I put close to 400K miles on it before it really started getting unreliable.never touched one thing inside that engine,but the rest of the truck was wore out all over.
