Socket type - not on tractor

Today's project was to be changing out th RF hub assembly on my '04 Stratus.

I'm stopped dead in my tracks. The heads on the bolts holding the assembly in are of a type I've never seen before.

Looking from the end of the, the head would resemble a thick, stubby cross (think of the one the Red Cross uses). Side view, flat on the end with the sides rounded like a thick rivet, except for where the four corners are notched out to make th cross you see from the end.

Any idea what that's called and who might sell one?
