Hi Bob: I have the John Deere parts catalog PC-330 for reference. If I read it correctly, the starter should be Delco # 1107424. With no tag, how do I identify my starter? Most suppliers have two choices of solenoids or magnetic starters but that doesn't do me much good if I don't have the correct starter. The slant dash B has a detented pull switch on the dash. Deere only featured this for the "39"&"40" models.
