My wife cans all kinds of pickles, relish, etc. We can about 120 jars of applesauce from our trees and can about 10 gallons of sauerkraut from our own cabbage each year. I don't know how to count all the tomatoes and other stuff she does. Pretty darn good for a gal from town that never did any of that stuff growing up. Maybe that expalins why I weigh as much as I do.
