You'll be money and nerves ahead to dump her and keep the tractors. At least until YOU want to sell or trade one.
If both are diesel, it'd be a hard decision (for me), but if not, I'd go with diesel. Only because I never has a gasoline tractor and haven't had any problems with my diesel...
