I am on your side on this one. But I do agree with the advice that the defender of the property should keep silent. I have a constant challenge on my hands with an idiot welfare druggy in the old farm house next door. Seems I have to take the effort, and spend the money to get a court order to stop him from blocking a right-of-way. Yet he can cross the property line and drive into my field(and crop) at will. Law men are no help. I can't really blame them. The courts, judges, and laws tie their hands. Anyone thinking they can call the local law enforcement agency and it will help is sadly mistaken. Everything in this country is getting turned inside out and upside down. I think we're screwed.
