When Texas began the lottery (gosh that was a long time ago), I probably bought 50 bucks worth of scratch offs over a 2 week period. I probably won 10 or 20 bucks. So it took me about 2 weeks to figure out the return wasn't real profitable and I never gave them anymore money. Ever pull into a gas station and see someone in front of the pumps sitting in the car scratching tickets? They have no clue someone might need gas and they are blocking the pumps. Just proves that gambling is an addiction and it keeps you from thinking clearly.
