I would do my best to find out why they were there. Meaning turn around and ask.
I have been known to set out tires by the road for a friend of mine to pick up for his trailers. I have also set out perfectly good looking tires for another friend to light brush piles with. Those tires had almost no wear, but were eBay Chinese made tires that had bad belts. I will set out the two I haven't used yet if you come get them. DOUG
