Definately would have hit the brakes first in answer to your question. That said around here you can sit something by the road with a free sign on it and it might sit there forever as everyone thinks it's junk because it's free. On the other hand if it has a for sale sign on it then it must be worth something and it'll be gone, for free, in a split second it it's not chained down.

Dad's only tractor when I was very young was the old GP. My first recollection of this tractor was when dad allowed my brother and myself to ride on the tractor with him driving.
