So I guess those cars setting in front of peoples house on the street are yours for the taking??? How about if I park my tractor by the road while I am moving hay or something is it "free" just because you see it and want it??? If you really did this then you are a THIEF. Plain and simple. I guess it is only a sign of the times that you would even ask this question.
Better not do that around here. I ALWAYS carry a Colt 45. I would make sure you where on my property after I shot you. Like one of the local sheriffs always is saying dead men don"t sue.
