Try making the bales a little shorter. Cutting 4 or 5 inches off the top rail in the bale chamber may help also. Finally if the throwing belts are worn too much, they will also burn the twine instead of catching the bale and throwing it. Make sure the top throwing frame is in the bottom set of holes as well.
