Crestor is for cholesterol .Stuff that suposelly clogs arteries.It is one of the satin drugs Lipitor is another.Both myself an my son had a very high count initially so need something to help lower it .However i think doctors are trying to make all of us have same count an ratio of high an low density cholesterol.
