Fly bait is granular. I use about a cupfull on a throw away aluminum pie plate. Add pepsi and stir it around. I have even used cream soda,any soft drink that is sweet will work. The next morning the raccoon is within twenty feet of the pie pan. Cats will not touch this concoction,they do not like sweet,had about 15 cats in the barn and they never touched the stuff..not sure if a dog would touch it.Good luck..it works!
