Fail to see how he can repo the tractor when you paid for it. The 1000 alledged owing was for the equipment which he did not deliver, so tell him to deliver it and you will pay for it.So the verbal agreement was 2000 for the tractor and 1000 for the cultivator.He then has to disprove it. They say a verbal agreement is not worth the paper it is written on.
