Bought a SE-4 fencer in May 2010 with a 1 year warranty. Got hit by lightning in June 2011. Sent it back to Parmak with a copy of receipt and asking them to reply with cost to repair.
Yesterday it shows up, all repaired under warranty, no charge, :D
This is what a company should be. Will repair a $125 product instead of throwing it away in these times of disposable products, and will give you a break as well.
