if it's a colored wax like the old cororkote stuff, it's not worth your time. You'd get the same (lasting) effect by wiping down with diesel or brakefluid. if you have decent, but faded paint, get you a cheap product called "scratch out" or if you folks have it, a tub of pumice cleaner and wash then polish out the faded stuff (little work but not real hard) then wax with whatever you like. Plain old turtle wax or johnsons wax does real good.
