As a kid, we had an IH H with a front loader. The weight of the loader cracked the tractor in half. Not to mention, there was no power stearing. Using it, makes me grateful for having a hoe with one seat, 2 way hydraulics, no trip bucket and fast hydraulics at a fast idle.
I use a hoe for personal yard work. Put 700 hours on it in 3 years. Dug about 100 ft of trench today. Each time I had to move forward, I was thinking of this post. GLAD I didn't have to climb and change seats then climb back on.
BTW, a hoe is only half of what you need. You dig a hole you may need to put the dirt back.
