hi. i came across this umbrella when cleaning out an out building of a relative who passed away. it's pretty interesting. i have no idea od the year or value, if they're collectible or what it was used for. i just thought it was neat so i brought it home.
the umbrella is about 5 1/2 feet tall and 4-5' wide(in one of the pic's i'm standing beside it and i'm 6'1"). it works great and has no tears our holes, just a little wear and some discoloration of the fabric. i don't know how to clean it up or if i should.
i'd like to find out some info on it. my relative does have records of a mccormick-deering tractor purchase in 1924. i'm guessing this was for that tractor but don't know.
i'd appreciate any info you could give me on it. any help would be nice.
