Most of the time I use a Oliver 77 but run first gear. I have tried going faster but it clogs up real bad if/when I do. But the hay I have is very thick and has a lot of under growth to it so when I try to go faster the machine will pull to the point that the tractor is going side ways so I'll just keep taking my time and doing it the same way I have for over a decade and save my equipment. I learned years ago hast makes waste and I would prefer to burn an extra gal. of gas over braking a $50 part. Patience is a verture (sp) says the lord
