Here in Wisconsin a few illegal got license by paying off Hispanic clerks. 2 of the clerks in Madison got convicted this spring for official misconduct as in taking bribes and conspiracy for identity theft. A fatal accident from dangerous truck couple years back had the truck driver hard to question because of language- but final questioning found that he"d got his license -CDL- from Illinois by paying $200.00 to Chicago area inspector after giving note from a Dem party ward captain or something.
