There is no rebuilding other than the obvious when you have it removed. If memory serves me you have a Visible Senior guage. These will be available from a LP parts supplier with a couple of conditions. Last one I think I got was $50 or $75. This was for a farmall 400.
The conditions are that it is a special order and will need to be manufactured to your application. for starters I think that guage is mounted at a angle and of course it is not a standard size. Since they are special made you will need to wait for the manufacturer to have a break in production which is usually the holiday break (Xmas to New years). Ask your LP supplier where they get their parts and that should get you headed down the right path.
