It's a 16 mile round trip to the nearest gas station/mini mart for us. 75 mile round trip to where I used to work. Seems strange when we DON'T drive a long way to get some place.
Got a friend that lives in Minot ND. We went there to visit a few years ago. He mentioned going to another friends house that was "just down the road a bit". That was 200 miles EACH WAY. It's all about your individual perspective.
