I have a Photobucket account and have various albums for all to see there. Most are of my home area and family and some farm related. When I label the photos I attempt to label them so that web bots will capture them via an easily searched for topic such as the name of my home town.
As to how quickly a post is bot scanned and available on Google or other is amazing. Generally within an hour you can search and find a post with certain key trigger words.
Internet posts stay around for many years too. A post today may still give search hits 3-5 years later or even longer.
