You arent the first one to notice that,its been going on since the 1990s.If you had a powerful enough telescope you might look at the plane and see that it is spraying something and its not a contrail at all.Sometimes they just go back and forth and before long clouds are started.There are lots of guesses as to what it is,but I read one time that past a certain altitude,maybe 30,000 feet but I dont rememeber for sure,the EPA has no jurisdiction and they could be dumping toxic waste with these planes.Or it might be them trying to control the weather.Also they did talk about a big hole in the ozone layer and maybe they are trying to cover it up or something.As long as they arent saying what they are doing there will probably be a lot of guessing. ConTrails are one thing,but this stuff that spreads out and makes clouds is something else.
