I have ordered a few things from here and had no problems. I have phoned a couple times, once because I had ordered the wrong part but I always found the guys friendly and helpful. Another time because a part did not show up but it ended up being shipped from a different warehouse so it just took an extra day or so. Never have I been treated rude or felt like I was bothering them. Maybe you caught them on a bad day, everyone has those or maybe you get what you give.
I work in customer service in my job and I can tell you the people who are rude, demanding and feel like I owe them something get put further down the priority list.
