Since it was an HP printer I called them and they spent 2+ hours trying to solve the problem, and finally came to the conclusion it was a Windows problem which I agreed with, and then i called Dell, which is where it got frustrating. If you do some looking for hidden printers or missing printers in Win 7, it appears it is starting to be a noticed problem.
