It appears in the pictures that the one with the rim is a 5 bolt, and the one with just a hub appears to be a 6 bolt. I am guessing the one with just the hub would come the closest to fitting your H, but no guarantee because it might have previously been on an M, and the two will not interchange. You will want to measure the bolt spacing on your H before you start bidding.
A regular implement wheel most likely will NOT have the correct offset, but if you can find one with NO offset it would probably work.
