Buttons on the side of the mouse give both forward and back. The scroll wheel tilts side to side for side scrolling. Other features as well, and the buttons can be customized as to what they do and which button does what.
I also like how a GOOD mouse fits my hand so much better than a cheap one. Yep, good money well spent.
