In the news story they said the machine messed up, modern cranes have their own sensors to keep the operator creating this situation; something messed up electronically.
Since no one was hurt, the news media portrayed this in a rather jovial way as well. I'm thinking that was not his house but his neighbor's house it went over? The tub was not hurt, got installed a tad later than planned.
