Blue Rhino is owned by Ferrellgas...every so often I get a Blue Rhino "coupon" with my Ferrellgas bill. And I'm pretty sure that Ferrellgas knows how to get the maximum price possible for their propane.
That said...HOWEVER...it's actually cheaper to take your tank to the local Ferrellgas bulk station and get it filled than it is to do an exchange tank.
