You've got yourself a real mystery here. According to what you've stated, you did everything right.....only you know "something" screwed up. As I understand it, the first 100 yards of corn that got sprayed are fine, but then for the "next" 100 ft, it killed everything the width of the boom. I would have thought the the "First" 100 ft of corn would have died had you had an agitation problem. It's just a guess, but did your Bicep have some clumps (or thick gel) in it that would not have readily dissolved? This could have been floating around in the tank initially and then got sucked down into the pump thus causing the OD situation. Problem is, now you'll probably never find the cause.
