Yes I have killed beans post spraying when following corn post spraying as well.
Always from a banvel or canopy type chemical.
I know exactly what you are talking about starting on the back side of the field. This strip this year in the corn is right by the road for God and everyone else to see.
I added a rinse tank to my sprayer just for that reason. When I do the last field of post corn I transfer plain water into the main tank and flush out the tank and booms 2 to 3 times before I leave that last field of corn.
I haven't killed any beans since adding that flush tank 3 or 4 years ago.
