It sounds like the Bicep settling out to me. The Bicep has atrazine in it and atrazine at high rates will kill corn. I would check and see if you are getting good agitation in your sprayer. When your sprayer set for those few days did it have spray in it or was it empty???
I will bet that you will have that dead spot for all things for a few years. My neighbor forgot to open his agitation valve while mixing two years ago. So when he took off spraying he sprayed most of the chemicals in the first few feet. There is still a bare spot there.
