Two of my thermometers read 103, the other one read 104. It's bee 100 or 101 for the last ten days. The humidity has been lower than normal, but it's still too hot for this time of the year. I hope that high pressure system moves out and lets some Gulf moisture move inland so we might have a chance of rain. All of the eastern part of Texas is 15 or more inches behind on rainfall. I know that most of the southern part of the country is in the same shape, while the northern part is too wet. The only time it's normal is when it is going from one extreme to the other. C. L.
