Try contacting Fawcett Tractor in St. Mary's Ontario. I see the latter two are available from NH... if cardiac arrest doesn't follow when you get the price. The gear set seems to be NLA through NH.
I believe Fawcett's at one time had an aftermarket source on ZF stuff. If nothing else they're probably the best Ford wrecker in the northeast. A good many 7710's meet their fate there. You may be able to get a complete transfer box from them or you may also be able to get another model transfer box. I'm not sure about the fit on that but I suspect that the box would fit IF you can match the output ratios. What happened these gears that they can't be salvaged? You've got to realize by now that anything related to a ZF axle is running on borrowed time, particularly the earlier ones like the 325. Got to save what you can of them because the sources are not many... and there's still a LOT of 77's out there taking a licking yet.
