What is the actual coolant temp in degrees? Sticking the stat probe in a jar with a candy thermometer is the only way to know. Given the 4010's age. Odds are the origional fan/water pump,generator and even the crank pulley grooves are worn. A new belt and cranking it down extra tight isn't the answer either. That stunt just ruins water pump and generator bearings.
