If you have a newer version of Excel, you can save your file as an HTML document. Another way is to save as an XML (eXtended Markup Language) file and create a separate XSL (eXensible Stylesheet Language) stylesheet to format the page. This has the advantage of keeping formatting separate from data, so you easily update your spreadsheet without editing your HTML.
