a lot depends, is it gas or diesel, 2wd or 4wd. some chip the motor for the towing power, some chip to the hilt for show-off mode, burn out at stop sign/light. tearing up transfer cases/rear-ends. chip up one step for towing is o-k as long as you don't keep it to the floor and build up heat in the turbo/exhaust on diesels. Gassers are a little different.....lloyd, need air ride on the rear end, will level out and ride soother, i have 12k 5th, did it- done that.
