actually its not in the right hand corner.it is center top.it sits under the long bolt that holds the governor spring has and arm on it that goes left and right.with a pin on the left side that goes thru the up and down linkage.it should move as the throttle lever is moved.or you should be able to move it with your finger.if its stuck,just put a little pressure to free it up
