Fuel consumption is a major consideration for us, the nitro 4x4 available here is a 4 cylinder. They dont seem very powerful, I think about 170hp but can be chipped at low cost to about 220hp so that would be fine. By younger brother has a BMW X5 with 3.00 diesel does about 25 mpg and fairly fast (they are way out of my budget). My other brother recently bought a Jeep CR something or other, knocks out around 450hp but again out of my price range. At the moment I have Mitsubishi Showgun 2.5 sport with the diesel engine but this is very underpowered at around 110hp. Bill
