The 6' 5" and 300 lbs is what makes this guy a jerk. Obviously, he has come across no-one capable of giving him an attitude adjustment. To make matters worse is some employers give people like that a preference in hiring as they seem impressed by it. One of the first jobs I worked after college was for a company where the boss wanted guys like that. I think the boss was exorcising fantasies he had from his youth where he was allowed to hang around the college football team. And people wonder why the quality of work performed is so low now as employers want guys built like football players and women built like Barbie dolls.
